'Crust & Craft Pizzeria's journey began with an aspiration: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened our pizza shop in 1985 as a quaint, family-managed establishment, nurturing recipes passed from one generation to the next.

Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered pizza crafting throughout her Italian ventures, especially in Naples - where pizza was born. After her UK return, she aspired to replicate genuine Italian pizza, adopting ancestral techniques and top-notch ingredients.

Our once humble 12-seat pizza parlour is now a cherished community staple, but our devotion to excellence and authenticity persists. We still use age-old wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the finest ingredients.

Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still familial, with the Rossi progenies at the helm. While we've integrated certain modern updates, our core—creating delicious, sincere pizza that unites—remains unswerving.
